A&M Building and Contracting is in our 14th year of constructing homes in East Tennessee. Our in house staff has the combined experience and expertise required to manage and make cost effective, any size job from a custom home build to a bathroom or kitchen remodel.

We have experience ranging from vintage, historical rebuilds, to upgrades, additions and repairs as well as fine custom homes throughout the East Tennessee area.

Years of experience building the "dreams" of others in the mountains of East Tennessee has given Aaron Lehnert the capacity to "visualize" an entire project being built as one sits across the table and discusses it with him. A set of plans will be created based on your conversation and all detail will be worked through with you, leaving nothing to question.

He has experience with Timber frame hybrid homes, log homes and conventional stick built homes which allows him to design and build a home with a look somewhat unique from other conventional custom homes built today.

He has a complete understanding of civil engineering for sub-division underground and development. He is hands on, in all phases of construction, from survey, to planning and drawing projects where utilities must be linked.

Aaron has built in all conditions, from farmland, to residential sub-divisions to homes in the mountains and on lake front property. He also has a wealth of experience in light commercial construction as well as residential additions and remodels and historical restoration.
